A 30-year-old lady developed a linear serpiginous rash over her left thigh. The number of lesions increased, and each lesion elongated by around 1 cm everyday. She complained of mild pruritus over the lesions with no other systemic symptoms. She went to Malaysia 2 weeks ago and spent an afternoon sunbathing on a beach. Blood checks revealed mild eosinophilia only and a chest X-ray showed a mild degree of pulmonary infiltrate.
